EXECUTIVE COACHING FOR LEADERS

EXECUTIVE COACHING

The targets didn't get smaller. The team got bigger. And somewhere along the way, you became the person everyone brings their problems to: your reps, your crew, your regional leadership.

You're good at this. But being good at it and leading from a steady place are two different things.

YOU GOT PROMOTED FOR BEING GREAT AT THE JOB. NOW THE JOB IS PEOPLE.

You're the calm one in the room, but your body hasn't stopped bracing since Monday.

You're right., There is.

Do you want to:

Still, something feels stuck like you understand the pattern but can't quite get out of it.

Maybe you're leading a team but feel disconnected from your own body while you do it. Or you've achieved the thing you set out to achieve, and it still doesn't feel like enough.

You've set the goals. You've had the insight.

Do you recognize this?

You're making the call, but you're second-guessing it on the drive home.

You're holding your team accountable, but the hard conversations keep getting pushed to next week.

You're delivering results, but you're running on willpower, not presence.

Beneath it all, there's a quiet voice saying: there must be a way to lead from somewhere steadier.

Executive coaching that doesn't stop at the neck.

Most leadership development lives in your head: frameworks, assessments, a plan you'll forget by Thursday. That's useful. It's just not the whole picture.

Under pressure, your nervous system makes the decision before your strategy does. That's why you can know exactly what to say in a tough conversation and still freeze, over-explain or push too hard.

My coaching works with both: the thinking and the body that's doing the leading. The result is clarity you can actually access when the stakes are high, not just when things are calm.

Career transitions: stepping into a bigger role, or finding the right next one

Sustainable performance: spotting burnout before it shows up in you or your team

Leading former peers: setting expectations without losing the relationship

Executive presence: a grounded confidence people can feel in the room

Managing up: being heard by regional and senior leadership

Decisions under pressure: trusting your judgment and staying with it

Delegation: letting go of the work that got you promoted

Hard conversations: performance issues, pushback, delivering news nobody wants to hear

Two ways to work together

Hey, I'm Joy. An ICF PCC-certified executive coach.

Hey,

Before I was a coach, I served in the military. I know what it is to lead under pressure, keep going when you're running on empty, and look steady while carrying a lot underneath.

Today I bring 500+ hours of professional coaching, the rigor of ICF PCC certification and a body-based approach most coaches don't offer. The leaders I work with don't need another framework. They need someone who can help them live what they already know.

A credential that requires 500+ hours of coaching experience, rigorous training and ongoing evaluation against the ICF's Core Competencies. It means your coaching is held to a professional standard built for real, lasting change.

Coaching sessions. Regular 60-minute virtual sessions over the length of the engagement.

What's said in session stays in session. Sponsors receive progress on agreed goals, never session content. That trust is what makes coaching work.

Engagements are invoiced directly to your organization.

Close and sustain. A final review of results and a plan for keeping the growth going.

Progress check-in. A midpoint conversation with the sponsor on progress toward goals.

Three-way alignment. The leader, their sponsor and I agree on two or three development goals.

Discovery call. We talk about the leader, the role and what success looks like for the organization.

For organizations investing in their leaders

Your branch and operations managers are where strategy meets the floor. When they lead well, retention, accountability and results follow. When they're stretched thin, everyone feels it.

Coaching gives your managers a confidential space to grow, and gives you a clear line of sight to progress.

How an engagement works:

- ALLISON

"Joy is incredibly professional and gifted at helping clients define and pursue goals in a logical, thoughtful way. She helped me through a point in my career where I needed to stretch beyond my comfort zone to find a better path. "

- MICHAEL

"Joy was instrumental in aiding my professional transition from 24 years of military service to a career opportunity of a lifetime at an academic institute. Her approach helped me identify and understand my professional strengths and weaknesses, as well as my professional goals. "

FAQ

Nothing awkward, I promise. It means paying attention to what happens physically when you're under pressure: tension, breath, the urge to rush. Those signals show up in meetings long before burnout does. Learning to read them is one of the fastest ways to lead with more steadiness.

Yes. Your sponsor sees progress toward agreed goals, not what we talk about. I follow the ICF Code of Ethics.

No. Executive coaching engagements are coaching only. Sound therapy is a separate service at Sanctuary 8 for anyone who wants it.

Yes. All sessions are live on Zoom, so they fit around a branch schedule wherever you are.

Yes, that's how most of my clients work with me. Engagements are invoiced directly to the organization.

You don't need another framework. You need a coach who can help you lead from what you already know.
